Mentzer Oil is a family owned business established in 1984.
Starting from an existing small bulk plant in North Platte, Nebraska, the company has grown to three unattended cardlock sites, eight convenience stores, wholesale fuel and retail bulk fuel and oil deliveries.
It started with one 1200 gallon tankwagon, the owner as the driver and his wife as the bookkeeper. Currently, there are nine trucks and approximately 45 employees in the total business.

Join Mentzer OIl and many in the community to help 7-year-old MaKenna Walters. MaKenna has undergone two heart surgeries and treatment for a collapsed lung. Mentzer Oil is sponsoring a benefit raffle for a new iPad, free Husker football tickets and many other items. Many individuals and businesses have donated items for the raffle. The drawing will be April 20. MaKenna is the daughter of Steven and Jill Walters of North Platte.
